About Me

I’ve been practicing the art of Business Coaching since the early 90’s, long before I even knew those two words existed together as a career. The discovery of this was a defining moment in life. It is a difficult concept to grasp that this type of gratification exists in the business world. I use the term “gratification” because although Business Coaching may be referred to, interpreted or defined as a job, one thing it is NOT, is WORK! Why would it be, when you get to devote your days to helping and watching others achieve their goals, experience tremendous breakthroughs in their business and build great teams within their organization?

Prior to the start up of my Business Coaching practice, I had worked in the distribution industry since 1991. I spent 10 years in business management and served as Director of Operations, for a major distribution company in the Midwest, leading a team of over 125 employees. I focused mainly on the key areas of creating and enhancing leadership development, teambuilding, employee accountability and effective communication. When a leader is effective in developing and growing those areas of a business, results aren’t likely to occur, they WILL occur! Success came about for me, when I started to see my team members become empowered and transform from ordinary individuals to extraordinary teams. This was the breakthrough I had been working towards for so many years but could never seem to reach. That is, not until, that one individual many of us look for in our careers, came into my life and changed things forever. He was the leader and accountability partner I needed to help breakdown all the barriers I had surrounded myself with. He was, without a doubt, the most influential person to have come into my life. He was my coach!

I had the fortunate opportunity to train with and receive my Certification in Business Coaching from a World’s leading Business Coaching firm, BusinessCoach.Com. An even greater experience was having, Gary Henson, President and Founder of BusinessCoach.Com, since 1989, facilitate the entire course. Gary has coached over 7,000 business leaders and as an industry expert business coach; he knows firsthand how to provide long term results through commitment and accountability.

The proven methodology used in my practice, is a culmination of over
20 years worth of experience and knowledge, in excess of a 95% success rate. As a result, clients see dramatic increases in profits & sales, reduced overhead costs, improved communication, and gain powerful teambuilding.   

I am an active member of the
